槟城古迹与美食趴趴走透透

原本计划怡保趴趴走,
怎么知道计划有变,
从怡保变成槟城古迹趴趴走透透。

槟城是另外一个古城;
有着浓厚的历史气息;
有着百年不倒的石像;
有着日治时代的委屈;
有着英国的绅士风度;
有着多元种族的文化;
最重要是吃不完的美食。呵呵~!

这次的趴趴走,主要围绕在乔治市。
交通工具当然是脚啊!不然为什么叫趴趴走=.=
其实原本的计划是免费巴士,也不知道为什么最后变成11号巴士。

在Chowrasta Market 角落的天天来茶餐室,RM1.00一条,要等蛮久的。
味道很特别很清新。必试!!!

玫瑰香味融合在红豆沙的馅料中,天衣无缝

RM2.00普通3条猪肠粉,有着不普通的味蕾刺激。
猪肠粉的滑,虾膏的浓,酱油的甜,麻油的香,
芝麻的画龙点睛,和阴险的辣椒酱,
不上报纸真是难。
以前奶奶住这儿,为什么没发现到呢??
坐落于Lorong S.U.街尾对面的茶餐室。

出名的Penang Road 卤肉,人山人海就只是为了吃卤肉。
老板娘问我“掺掺可以吗?”要不然要等,
还蛮有礼貌的,不像一些大牌的=.=
卤肉很香很脆,酱汁配合得很好,
沾沾卤汁,沾沾辣椒,
一口一口的享受着。
当然卤肉挡不只卤肉,要不然也不用掺掺。
豆腐:很豆(Fishe说的),很香很划,应该是自己做的;
苏东:很香脆,尤其是触须的部分;
虾饼:饼跟虾的比例很大方,每一口都有虾;
小薄饼:没特别,被其他的欺压了。

Jalan Padang Kota Lama aka Esplanade Food Court 里的Mee Sotong Goreng
名不虚传,辣的程度可以自由选择。
RM3.50分量足以把我撑死(是因为之前吃太多了)
一块块的sotong,甜辣适中很爽口
很可惜的是忘了喝同样很出名的Coconut Milkshake

特别篇:薄饼皮的制作
在Chowrasta Market 旁边,有一间老字号卖薄饼皮,
老当益壮的老板,用面团在热腾腾的铁板上画圈,
薄饼皮就慢慢呈现了,
赤手空拳就这样和铁板搏斗几十年,
为的只不过是三餐糊口。

wa, banyak placenya!~ hahaha.. oh, the sotong mee goreng seems so nice, u din bring us go there!!~ so bad la u, u keep the good place urself... coocunut milkshake sumore, shud b very nice .. haha
